Do the motorcycles have any type of insurance included?

Yes, all motorcycles include third party insurance.

Although you can optionally include theft insurance, medical insurance, roadside assistance and even comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 25 euros.

Should I deliver the motorcycle to the same collection point or can I use any of the ones you have available?

Currently, there is no option to return at a point other than the delivery point.

Is there a charge if I exceed the delivery deadline?

We have a tolerance of 45 min, from this time one more whole day is calculated.

We do not have a half-day or hourly rental option, the minimum is 24 hours.

If I want to cancel my reservation, how long will it take for me to receive a refund?

If the client cancels their reservation, the full amount will be refunded when requested within 15 days, and 50% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 5 days before the reservation.

If the cancellation occurs with less than 5 days notice, the client will not have the right to any refund.

If the client shows up to pick up the vehicle on a date later than the reserved one, but before the end date, he or she will be able to use it until the end date of the reservation, without having the right to be reimbursed any amount. for the days you do not enjoy the vehicle.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, it is only possible to make a reservation by paying by credit card through Stripe.

Payment will not be processed until we accept the reservation.
